International legal relations

One focus of my work is representing clients based abroad – primarily companies and institutions – in the field of international legal relations. In doing so, I often work together with local cooperation partners. Regionally, the focus is on countries within the EU and the Far East.

My services include, among other things:

Advice and nationwide legal representation abroad for clients based abroad in cases relating to civil law, commercial and corporate law, employment law and trademark law, in particular in cooperation with colleagues from the ADWA network.
Draft contracts, contract reviews, employment contracts (including issues relating to foreign assignments)
Protection rights application and defence
Company formations, articles of association
International cooperation
Enforcement of foreign judgments and procedures for the recognition of foreign judgments
Representation of foreign clients’ interests in German insolvency proceedings
