In the field of industrial property rights, I mainly advise and represent corporate clients, focusing on trademark law and licensing and exploitation agreements. When handling patent law cases, I regularly cooperate with patent attorneys.

My services include, among other things:

• Registration of German, European and international trademarks and designs (DPMA, EUIPO, WIPO)
• Ongoing brand monitoring
• Development of brand strategies
• Defence of trademarks and designs
• Drafting and reviewing licence and exploitation agreements (in particular trademarks, patents, copyright)
• Representation in trademark disputes (e.g. pursuing claims for cancellation, injunctive relief, information)
• Drafting of general terms and conditions (e.g. for online shops)
