In the field of labour law, I represent employers, employees and other parties involved in matters of co-determination in the workplace. In individual labour law:
- Drafting, revising and reviewing employment contracts and organ/service contracts
- Advice during ongoing employment (e.g. wages, holidays, warnings, amendment agreements and terminations, maternity leave and parental leave, discrimination issues, part-time arrangements, non-competition clauses, rights clauses, company car agreements, review of references)
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and fixed-term contracts, particularly at universities and non-university research institutions (taking into account specific regulations, e.g. TVöD, TV-L, WissZeitVG, grant law)
- Termination of employment relationships (strategies, options), drafting and review of termination agreements
- Representation before labour courts throughout Germany; conducting and supporting negotiations

- Advising employers and works councils on works constitution and co-determination law
