In the field of labour law, I represent employers, employees and other parties involved in matters of co-determination in the workplace. From job advertisements to dismissals, from apprenticeships to retirement, you are welcome to take advantage of my many years of experience in advising employers, managers, employees, works councils and election committees.

My services include, among other things:

In individual labour law:

  • Drafting, revising and reviewing employment contracts and organ/service contracts
  • Advice during ongoing employment (e.g. wages, holidays, warnings, amendment agreements and terminations, maternity leave and parental leave, discrimination issues, part-time arrangements, non-competition clauses, rights clauses, company car agreements, review of references)
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and fixed-term contracts, particularly at universities and non-university research institutions (taking into account specific regulations, e.g. TVöD, TV-L, WissZeitVG, grant law)
  • Termination of employment relationships (strategies, options), drafting and review of termination agreements
  • Representation before labour courts throughout Germany; conducting and supporting negotiations
