Civil and commercial law

In civil and commercial law, I advise and represent companies, publicly funded institutions and private individuals throughout Germany. My work goes beyond purely legal assessment: depending on requirements, I also incorporate issues of compliance, internal processes and strategic process design into my advice – always with a view to finding practical and sustainable solutions.

My services include, among other things:

Contract law: Review and drafting of contracts, e.g. supply contracts, cooperation agreements, licence agreements, enforcement or defence of claims arising from contracts, drafting of contracts in German and English, general terms and conditions (GTC)
Commercial law: Drafting of and advice on commercial contracts, enforcement and defence of claims arising from commercial transactions, support in international commercial relations and legal disputes
Company law, in particular advice on company formations, drafting of articles of association and managing director/executive board contracts

Drafting and reviewing rental agreements for commercial properties
Activities in the field of labour law and industrial property rights
Representation in court proceedings before regional courts and higher regional courts throughout German
