For consultations and out-of-court activities, I offer various remuneration models, which we will discuss together before commissioning:

Hourly fee
Billing in accordance with the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG)
Flat-rate fee

In court proceedings, the statutory fees under the RVG (German Lawyers’ Fees Act) apply as the lower limit.

For companies and institutions that regularly use my consulting services, I offer individually tailored consulting contracts. These enable predictable cooperation at fixed hourly or flat rates – for fast, reliable support in day-to-day business.

Before accepting an assignment, I will discuss the expected costs and any cost risks with you in detail.
I will be happy to handle correspondence with your legal expenses or liability insurance company on your behalf.
